Full review
The phone looks good, especially the red one with a large 2 inch display(though 2 inch screens are quite small in todays world).the picture quality is decent and sharp. It is heavy like all other Nokia phones. The 1.3 megapixel camera is one of the best in the category of the 1.3 mps, but the video capture functionality is poor. The music quality of the onboard speaker is horrible, I think it is the worst among the Nokia phones. But the decent headsets make up for this fault.Video playback too is a setback for this phone. The S60 v2 software is backdated an the phone has a tendency to hang and restart on its own.The battery back up is good.It has Bluetooth and Infra Red as connectivity options. The 3230 has only the push to talk key on its side and does lack the volume and the camera keys. But the keypad is quite comfortable and typing is fun.Since it is a Symbian phone, there are numerous third party apps ready to be installed. Some recommended softwares are : power mp3, divx player, core player, symentec or any other anti virus.
